Location very close to the Blackwall tunnel or the O2, central London for 3 days, and 4 buses the 314, 160, 162 and B13. Amazing breakfast to start the day with top ingredients and the fruit salad, as for instance.

Such a really good stay for 2 nights. Hip new hotel in an extremely comfortable area really close to the Blackwall tunnel, the train line and the bus service to various shopping centres and tourist attractions. Easy location, easy walk to everywhere. Situated only 1 km from All Saints Church. Nicely furnished and well-appointed rooms for x2 children!

The location was convenient for accessing London with the nearby railway station. The staff provided quick service and were very attentive. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with a walk-in shower on the third floor. The highlight for me was the breakfast, with freshly cooked eggs and a delicious fruit salad that was reasonably priced at £6.99.
All was fine, no complaints.

This hotel was within 10 minutes walking distance of a train station, making it convenient for getting around, including into the city. The location was very nice, with a few food shops nearby, which was great for grabbing a quick bite. The rooms were modern and had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the heatwave. They were also clean and had plenty of space for storing belongings. The staff, particularly Dale in the restaurant, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our dining experience enjoyable. Despite breakfast not being included, the price was superb for what we received. Speaking of breakfast, the selection was really nice with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone's tastes.
The lack of included breakfast, despite it being stated in our email confirmation. This took a bit of time to resolve, but it was eventually sorted out.

Loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. the hotel's location was a big plus, just a short walk away from many restaurants and tourist attractions.
The parking was very limited and the available spaces were tight which made it difficult to park our car.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall I had a great experience. the location was excellent. It was on the edge of London, making it easy to access the city for sightseeing, yet it still felt peaceful and removed from the hustle and bustle. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided great service. They were attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the walk-in shower and the comfortable bed. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked eggs and a variety of options. The prices were reasonable too, with the fruit salad priced at just £6.99.
All was fine during my stay at this hotel.

Our New Year's stay at the hotel was really enjoyable. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. We especially appreciated the fact that there was free parking, which is a rarity in this area. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions, and its proximity to public transportation was an added convenience.
The fact that the hotel had poor mobile phone reception, which made it difficult to stay in touch with friends and family. the soundproofing could have been better, as we could hear guests walking around in the room above us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very great, especially at breakfast and on reception. The breakfast was really good, with freshly made porridge and a cooked breakfast including omelettes. The rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport, including buses and trains. We also loved that Avery Hill Park was just over a mile away, perfect for a morning run or walk. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff for a great experience!
Nothing to be said.
